Tornado ACS

The special cleaning machine Tornado ACS is based on a worldwide patented negative pressure jet method, which as a mobile cleaning device is designed the same size as a common industrial vacuum cleaner.

The special cleaning machine includes a vacuum generator with the corresponding filter cartridge and dust storage as well as the appropriate containers for the blast media. The additional components of the cleaning machine include the cleaning head and the jet lance.

Surface cleaning capacity of the special cleaning machine Tornado ACS
The removal capacity of the special cleaning machine Tornado ACS 35 strongly depends on the material to be removed and the hardness of the base coat. Removal capacity (amount of contaminant) is approx. 1,5 – 5,0 qm/h depending on the application. On very light applications, the removal capacity will even exceed these figures
Functioning of Tornado ACS 35 cleaning machine
The special cleaning machine Tornado ACS 35 is easy to set up. All components are simply plugged together. After turning on the vacuum generator the abrasive is sucked out of the container into the cleaning head.
The cleaning head is placed on the work surface and it immediately adheres to it due to the negative pressure. A negative pressure of about 150 mbar is generated in the cleaning head. With the introduction of the jet lance into the cleaning head the closed loop operating cycle is completed. The blasting material is sucked through the jet lance and is accelerated to about 400 km/h. With this speed the blasting media acts on on the surface being worked on, which will be cleaned, stripped or roughened, as required.
This process is visually controlled by the user via three vision panels. After impacting, the granules and the removed debris are sucked in immediately. Inside the cleaning machine a fine dust filter which separates the debris from the granules. The blasting media then gets fed back to the storage container for further use. Due to the closed cycle, the cleaning device has minimal granule consumption.

The special cleaning machine Tornado ACS 35 works at a low noise level (75 dbA) not louder than a common industrial vacuum cleaner. The unique minimally abrasive vacuum blast method is fully patented.
